Yo, final years! We hope that you guys all rocked your pre-collections and that you’re gently settling back into the studio-working mode. We know that it’s especially hard after coming back from the placement year, but final year should be all about our “passion for fashion” … errrr, right! We just wanted to post some studio pictures from these past four weeks whilst you kids were stressing over sewing machines, with scissors in hands and pins in fingers. Print final years had a pre-collection show with models and everything, whilst menswear had to make a full outfit, but were super chilled about it as usual, FDM and womenswear had to propose their ideas for the final collection as well, and lucky knitwear students had their crit one week earlier than everybody else because their project was the continuation of the summer project.  Anyways, for your final collection to actually happen, we wish you a will stronger than steel, extra stamina packs, black coffee, friends with sewing skills, tequila/vodka shots (for extreme circumstances), cash in pockets that never runs out (we wish!), unbelievable organizational talent, self belief, no need for sleep and tons of bulky guts! Please don’t brake the sewing machines, don’t overdue with redbull and sleeping pills, don’t forget to eat, be kind to others, party like animals before the deadlines and good luck with your final collections!!
