Molly Goddard is Central Saint Martins 2012 graduate in Knitwear, who got accepted onto the MA course by Louise Wilson. Moly, congratulations! Inspired by her baby clothes, she has presented a bright, girly, big and exciting graduate collection of oversized crinoline dresses from neon tulle and delicate crochet, her fabric manipulations were fantastic. We wish her good luck with her MA course and would like to thank her for a great interview.
Guys!!! Today was the internal BA graduate fashion show at Central Saint Martins’ shiny Platform Theater and the show was epic! 1Granary loudly congratulates all the graduates from the BA fashion pathways with the final show…Grads, you were brilliant! Well done!
The Press Show is on the 29th of May, that is Tuesday, when the CSM fashion grads will proudly put up front their collections before the sharp lenses of the media, fashion industry and the world.
We are very excited for them and can not wait to post about the fresh born designers, their final collections, interviews, glimpses from their sketchbooks and loads of photographs from the show, but you will need to wait until the 29th. It is worth the wait until the Press Show.

When did you graduate. How did you feel about finishing CSM and how was your first year after graduating?
I felt happy and relieved, having accomplished the biggest project in my life so far. Leaving CSM was sad as I had a blast there. I was lucky and got a job right after graduation, and started designing Costume Jewelry at Dior. It was great even though it was very far from what I had studied and from my own style. However I learned a lot. That was a short contract of 7 months, and after that I moved to Maison Martin Margiela, that’s where I work now. (more…)
