Today we met the brilliant and lovely Gary Card for a chat before our first print edition of 1 GRANARY Magazine comes out. We met him at his charming studio in Hackney Central which is absolutely packed with his creations; it is a veritable treasure trove of artistic delight from sketches plastered on the wall to Card’s signature masking tape models, very inspiring! Gary will be featured in the first print edition of 1Granary which celebrates the extremely talented graduates of Central Saint Martins. We had a great time chatting about his time at CSM and hearing his wonderfully funny stories about his career since graduating – keep an eye out for the magazine to read more!
